Poor quality IWC watches

I purchased a Pilot Chronograph LE petite prince. In less than 4 yrs the crown has fallen off and it is back in being repaired for loosing 2 mins in 24 hrs.

I would not recommend purchasing an IWC watch

Anyone else with theses issues ?
