Are the ipamorelin CJC 1295 dissolving strips a scam? If someone wanted to avoid injections do they work?

Has anyone had a positive experience with dissolvable ipamorelin and CJC?Mechanistically I’m not sure if I believe it.
My whole adult life ibuprofen has made me feel so, so good (body aches and mental state). I knew daily use was bad so I tried every possible anti inflammatory supplement for years with no luck. Then I tried the aforementioned peptide stack and it was immediately like ibuprofen. Body felt great, mentally I felt wonderful. Want to be on it forever but know I can’t do that, but how long can I?
Let me just start off by saying I'm a complete moron. I backed car up with falcon door open into garage. Glass shattered and now door won't even close because it's bent. I can't get a quote until they see it, but does anyone have any idea how much my incompetency is going to cost?
Sold Tesla call on my stock before election. Made some money but man do I feel like an idiot
I started taking the whole supplement stack from Bryan Johnson's blueprint and my blood pressure has gone down. Problem is I didn't have high BP. BP average (taken many times) around 110/70. Now it's consistently 95/58ish. I feel fine, no issues except sometimes when I stand fast.
Just wondering which of the million ingredients might be responsible for this. No change to diet or anything else, just his supplement stack.
I received an email that I was denied points for a Costco purchase this week. I have been emailing support back and forth for 2 days and they STILL won't tell me why the purchase was rejected. It was a damn costco purchase lmfao. Here was their latest response: https://imgur.com/a/aPs9JqI
Has anyone noticed their MXP accelerating at different rates? Sometimes on same drive. In plaid mode, battery between 60-80, drag strip mode off. It's always fast, but sometimes it's REALLY fast. Does it need a break in-between gunning it? Usually the first one is fastest. Just wondering if anyone else has experiences this.
Does anyone know of a treadmill with a steep incline (>25%) besides the nordictrack Commercial X22i? The nordictrack Commercial X22i has a 40% grade, which is great, but I don't want to pay for monthly iFit nor do I want to be required to connect to the internet for it to work properly.
I've heard numbers from 100k to 2 million. How did your practice determine your buy in cost? Seems like there are different ways. From what I've seen there are 3 methods:
- Formulary approach 2. Asset approach (assumes no goodwill) and 3. Income approach (using EBITA).
None of these count buying the building. It seems like there are the "collegial" asset buy-ins, where the owner decides he/she would like you work with you long term and is reasonable, and the "you are my retirement nest-egg pay me a lot" buy-ins.
My accounting firm and the owners accounting firm don't agree on how to calculate the value of the practice.
LOL not for doctors. Not only are we not getting adjustments for inflation, CMS is getting CUT during historic inflation. Unacceptable. Forget residents unionizing, physicians as a whole need to unionize.
