Our knitting and crocheting group is losing our weekly "knit night" get together when Jimmy Beans closes its retail store next month. We're looking to find a cozy place where we can lounge or hang out and have fun. Not sure if a coffee place would welcome a group of 10-15 women for two hours every week, but that could be a good option. I know Yarn Refuge has a knit night, but they have their own group of knitters. We're looking for a new place for us. Any and all suggestions are welcome!!

24" or 32" instead of 29"?

knitting tools question

I'm learning to knit and have a pattern for a cowl that will be knit in the round and have a circumference of 50". The yarn is bulky (Scarfie). The pattern calls for 29" circular needles. I have 24" and 32" interchangeables. Which would be better to use?

I'm making a crochet bag for a gift and one of the yarns is Premier Stitch Please Superwash Worsted in the color Sweater Weather. I ran out and needed one more skein, so I went to the Premier website to buy more. Out of stock! I found it on Etsy (sold by Premier) and placed an order. Cancelled! Again on Amazon. Cancelled. No one on Ravelry was selling it, either. So I went to yarnsub.com and found that Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted Superwash was a near perfect match. Found it on Wool & Co. in Charcoal Heather. I just received my order and it's a PERFECT match. 😊

I love my Kobo Libra and use it to check out library books using Libby. I like that it keeps a list of all the books I've read in My Books. However, three times now when I finish a book and return it, the book is deleted from the list. I've tried resyncing, but they don't come back. It's like I never read the books at all. 😕 Is there any way to get them back on the list?

Symfonie needles are not listed on the Knitpro US website, yet I see many retailers selling them (Hobbii, Rito, Amazon). Have the rainbow Symfonies been replaced with the Dreamz series?

Paypal sent me an email saying I had received $100 and was ready for me to accept the money. The sender was ME and the transaction note is "Practice." I logged into my PayPal account, and sure enough, it says I have $100 waiting for me, from me. This is a scam, right?! I am not going to accept this money.
