I’ve never posted here, but I gotta bring attention to the new slop OCMS is putting out. Other than some songs on Remedy (2014), they haven’t put out anything interesting since Willy Watson left. I still check out their albums on release, though, and I was excited when I saw the title of their new album “Union Made”. I became even more excited when I saw a song titled “Revolution Now”; was I in for some modern folk revolution music?

Unfortunately, no. Just more uninspired slop performed by a band that has clearly no understanding of their musical inspirations or their regional history (or honestly even what a union is, it seems).

In the song, they call for “revolution right now”, but they

I love spending time playing this or that song in my library; it’s the main way I use the app, and I have about 600 songs in my library that I scroll through at random sometimes. I doubt most people use it this way, but my request should be simple: **please make additional “sort by” options for the library; the best one would be a simple randomized (shuffle order)**

It doesn’t look too bad here, but some combinations of times seem to move it back and forth a full character width every second sometimes.

Please hear me out. First want to say this is in good faith and coming from someone who watched every single video on the h3 podcast channel since right before Theodore was born in 2019 until October of this year. Yes, every single one, which is probably something like 3,000 hours of content, not including rewatches. I don’t remember if there was a specific video that made me not want to watch any longer, but looking back at the podcast I watched a few episodes in November and haven’t watched any since then.
