I play on Switch. Since the new chapter started, every time I open the game, I see "Cloud Download Failure." I've tried clearing my device cache, restarting the switch, everything shy of deleting and reinstalling the game. I tried going to the Epic Games website to submit a support request on some form but every. single. link. takes me back to the chatbot!! Even the chatbot's instructions on how to find the form and the links it gives me take me back to the darn chatbot. I know the emails are dead and I think my only solution is to find that form but it really is not anywhere on the website. Does anyone know where I can submit a support ticket or how to fix the issue otherwise?

I don't really have funds to pay for a server to run my python/host my website so I'm not sure what I can use for that. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can use to run my code? I was thinking an app might be better over a website so the save data can be stored locally. Also, should I try to use a game engine for this or is t
