I got 16 last Friday when fed, and 17 today at 1:30pm when fasted (hadn’t eaten since about 10pm the night before). All other variables were the same.
If anyone cares, here’s videos of both. It’s good to know going forward that I can go to the gym without eating beforehand and performance is not negatively affected, at least on bodyweight exercises.
My body weight was only about 1lb lighter in the fasted one, because I gained a bit of weight during the week, I did no exercise and ate a lot from Mon-Friday because I had a cold. I was hoping to come in a few lbs lighter in the fasted one to see how much it helped.
But anyway, there you go
chin ups fed 16 rep
So, I’m trying to get to 20 chin ups. Currently, I can get about 15. I’m getting my body weight down and I can feel the chin ups getting easier the more weight I lose.
So, I’m wondering, for those of you who have done max reps first thing in the morning whilst fasted, vs during the day after eating, when can you get more reps?
I usually gain about 2kg/4lb after breakfast, which is extra weight to pull up, but maybe the extra carbs are required for better performance?
If anybody is experienced and knowledgeable about this, please comment!
Let's say, over the next 12 weeks, I add 10kg to my max bench press (would be 110kg), and 5kg to my max OHP (75kg), will my incline bench press go up despite not training it?

reddit.comI just made these myself in Canva. Any feedback is welcome. I know the first 3 are the most important, not fully sure which 3 to lead with.
Wasn't sure whether 'Fit For Life' is a good main heading or not, but that's kinda what the app is about, improving your whole life and not just your physical fitness.
Made an app with 100s of good videos and worksheets on productivity, but how can we keep users accountable?
Www.performancetreanor.comSo, my friend is a fitness and productivity coach. He’s successful in his own life and clients he’s worked with 1-1 have been successful too, from athletes, busy professionals, average joes, etc.
But he’s gone off social media cos he hates it.
So I put all of his videos and course content into an app, with videos and digital worksheets guiding you through each step to maximising your potential in life, eg. sleep, mornings, exercise, diet, recovery, etc.
Now, we’ve just released it but I’m trying to think of what “angle” to promote this with on TikTok or Instagram. Because the app covers such a broad range of topics, it’s hard to describe it in a single sentence.

So, I have 4 apps on the App Store and Google Play Store. I've had some success marketing one of them, the Irish Slang app, on Instagram and TikTok. I had one viral TikTok video that made my downloads and purchases spike massively overnight, so I know it can work.
I recently made an Australian Slang app too, but since I'm not based over there, I can't make a TikTok account to target that audience. I tried using a VPN, but it just shadowbanned the account.
I have two other apps I need to market it too.
My apps are well made, and have always had good reviews. I'm just feeling a bit burnt out and unmotivated when it comes to the marketing side of it. I don't really understand the world of pa
