Such fair value loss on derivative liabilities was related to the conversion features of our preferred shares that existed before our initial public offering, which needed to be bifurcated and accounted for as derivative liabilities in the second quarter of 2018. Upon completion of our initial public offering, the derivative liabilities were derecognized and all of the balance was transferred to additional paid-in capital accordingly."
