We are trying to lock down an SQS queue. I was trying to find a way to lock the queue down so that only certain instances can read from it.
Ideally I would like this to be an instance profile since I have one already for other things. Unfortunately it doesn't allow me to set up my cloud formation stack with that as the principal.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I tried the following in my cloudformation template:
"sqsPolicy": {
"Type" : "AWS::SQS::QueuePolicy",
"Properties" : {
"PolicyDocument" : {
"Statement": [
{
"Resource": "MYARN",
"Effect": "Allow",
"Principal": {
"AWS": "arn:aws:iam::MYACCOUNT
Hey guys. Sorry it's been do inactive. I moved to an area without a team so I've been disconnected. But anyway I got invited to play with Rouses Point this weekend. I saw there are some teams here from all over. Any of you on those teams?

With everyone's new seasons getting under way soon, how are everyone's leagues looking? I know the Massena, NY league has been going for a few weeks already, anyone else already started?

I have sent invites to u/BriRPatch and u/sublimefan130 to become the mods from Ohio and DC/Baltimore respectively. When they accept those invitations my hope is we can try to drive up interest in this sub this winter to make this community a more active and fun place to be
I play in the Syracuse broomball league and I was looking for any other redditors out there that play in the league. If you aren't in the league it is great fun and if you have ever played before try to find yourself a team
Hi all,
I have been missing broomball a lot this summer and I have been trying to figure out how to bring more interest and more content to this sub. I have decided that I would like to make a couple more people subs, specifically people from different areas and leagues in the hope that it might add incentive for people to be around the sub more often. The major hurdle I see here is that as a whole the broomball community has not done a lot in the way of quality content creation. (ie: youtube videos, blogs, etc) My hope is that if we can drive interest up in the sub we can help drive interesting content from our friends.
If you are interesting in representing your league/area as a mod p
I am running my first half marathon tomorrow and have been following the Hal Higdon intermediate plan. My question is how I should transition from this run to the next. I am running a 15k on July 14th and I was wondering if I should just back up my weeks so that I run the 15k on the same week as in the plan or maybe not back off my mileage that far? I am worried about backing my mileage off too much but also worried if I don't back off a bit I will end up hurting myself. Any advice is welcome. Thanks everyone!
