Cause I'm feeling like it's not as much of a boost as I thought it would be

Veteran machinist with solidworks looking for someone to show me how to or will model some photograph portraits into reliefs for a commemerative plaque. I can't figure out how to so it in SW and I'm betting someone has a more tailored CAD program to do this sort of project.

Let me know if you have any questions and I'm happy to pay if someone can give me a .STEP or similar solid model file that I can put thru my CAM.
