So I noticed that my best night sleeps are when I use a brand new mask. Always and without question. The best airflow the best fit. And as it gets to the end of the second week. Usually the last 3 to 4 days I am having to fix and fight my mask for airflow and fit.
I think my washing method is too rough. I have the p30i. Normally I remove the front filter because mine has the fabric so I know it should not get wet. And in the past it has given me a lot of trouble getting wet. I wash the nose pillow under running water with seventh generation dish soap in my hand.
But I think I’m breaking down the silicone too fast by beating up the mask with my hands. I try not to be rough with it. So I w
I use a ReasMed p30i with an AirSense 11 heated tube. The mask I wash every day and change every 2 weeks just like they recommend. The head gear and tube I noticed take super long to dry and so I purchase a second set and I rotate them every other week. So essentially they get half the use they normally would in the 90 day span than the insurance would expect it to.
The insurance expects you to change out the headgear and the hose every 90 days. But because it’s technically only been used for 45 day do you think I can keep using it for another 45 days with the same schedule switching out every other week to allow it to fully dry.
Or should abandon the every other week method and find a
I’m new to therapy. About 3 months. This is the first trip I’ve taken with it. Many home setup is difficult to get the power cable out from behind my bed so I bought another one from Amazon. It says it’s an actual ResMed.
Anyway I can run the diagnostic on it with no issues. But as soon as I attempt therapy it reboots at around 4 pounds of pressure. I checked everything else I’ve tried different outlets at our AirBnb and it’s all the same issue. So I think it’s the power cord. I hope I’m right but I’m also really concerned it got damaged on the drive here or while it was sitting in the car while we were at Lego Land.
Any ideas? I don’t know how to get a new power cord without disruption
We’re seeing it now as we move forward with these protests that the press either “did not know” or just won’t show up. So let’s put them in the know. We have been saying to campaign to the senators and legislators. But make the campaign and protest known to the media too. Make the events more known then just on social media. We need to start calling these stations and newspapers. Over and over. Letting them know that the events will be happening.
You’ve seen it in the movies, you’ve heard stories of people calling news papers day after day to get their story told until one day it does. Well that does not have to change. Just because it’s bigger and in your face does not mean we don’t still
The mask I am currently wearing is the ResMed F30. I know the advices says I’m not suppose to ask what the best mask. That’s not the point. But the first night I kept feeling like someone was putting a pillow over my face and I was being smothered. I only lasted 2 hours. Complete failure.
Night two was great. I lasted 7 hours I did not sleep well because let’s be honest everyone knows how shitty the initial experience is. But the airflow felt good, no issues. Yet the machine mad fit was good but the app said it was bad and I got a score of 77.
Then last night rather early on I had a situation where again I felt like I was being smothered and could not breath. I had to turn off the machine
Ok here are the details, so I have a two zone heating system. And the second zone has a return water pipe that goes below the foundation and across the house back to the boiler.
We discovered it had a leak and was draining the entire system. Now there is no surface damage but we lost 8k gallons over 10 days.
The policy says they “will pay” for replacing pluming, and heating which includes removal and replacing of the parts of the structure.
Now they at first don’t want to pay out because they can’t see any surface damage. But I’m fighting them because of this part of the documents.
Im getting estimates for the plumbing and the price came in to what I believe to be fairly reasonable
Connecticut State Guard (state militia) cannot be forced to join the U.S. military as a whole. The U.S. Constitution's Compact Clause and federal law, specifically 32 U.S.C. § 109, recognize state defense forces and prevent them from being called, ordered, or drafted into the U.S. military. However, individual members of the Connecticut State Guard are not exempt from military service and could be subject to federal draft laws. Here's a more detailed explanation:
State vs. Federal Control: The Connecticut State Guard operates under state authority and is not under federal control, except in specific circumstances like national emergencies or invasions.
