We (2 adult, 2 kids) are planning on getting a 1 day Osaka amazing pass and wondering whether to just get passes for adults. or whether it is worth getting them for the kids too given the pass cost is the same, but attraction prices are much less for kids. Is the main benefit just skipping some queues?

A lump sum bonus gets taxed 100% at the marginal rate based off the previous months pay annualised + bonus amount. Are you able to claim the tax back that is attributable to the lower tier tax rate? Eg if you just hit the 39% rate, it all gets taxed at that rate.
