Why did Intel/nVidia went for the new connector for 12v, 600w, and not reuse something off the shelf

Like, There is xt60, which is rated for 60A, so about 720w Some modified version that could be used Or, there is xt90,

And if you feel like it, use 2 xt 60 connections

Or, just 2 banana plugs would have been better, instead of this mess

Even 2 blades, like on car fuses, could easily handle that much power easily,

The new 12 pin pcie connector has 12 pins, with the adapter having 24 merge to 12, They are actually pushing more current through less surface area, and causing heat?

Can GN or LTT do a voltage drop test across the connector?

It will shed light on this whole fiasco

I have a MSI B450A-PRO Motherboard. It has a 7.1 channel audio output. I want to use a some channels independent of each other, like I can use the Front Headphone OUT, Rear Speaker out, and other digital outputs connected to the system.

So, I can get some more switchable audio outputs.

right now I have a 5.1 system hooked up to the output, and the SS (Side Speaker) output is unused. I would like to use this SS out for another speaker, with a different application and audio source. Is this possible ?

also asking the same in r/windows10

I want a wifi and bt adapter over PCIe for my desktop. All the adapters I have seen require some sort of USB connector for BT to work, akaik(idk if it is for power only). And the situation is that I can't share any USB headers. Is there one?

https://www.asus.com/Networking/PCE-AC55BT/

Is this a good adapter? And will it work without the USB connector?

I need Bluetooth for my Xbox controller and my phone "My Phone" app call features.

And maybe a BT headset in future.

It will be great if using all three at the same time is possible.

I would also like to have calls transferred to my bt headset, without switching the connection from my Pc to Phone in case if a call.

I know I am asking a
