I changed my plan to commercial free last night and have verified change on account page. I've even been charged. But I am still seeing commercials. When should I expect their servers to do the right thing?

I just set my Surface 3 to turn off screen after 1 min inactivity. I'm waiting and waiting and .. it never turns off. Is this problem mine alone?
