So, I did the promotion for the 17 Pro and traded in my 15 Pro Max. I sent off the phone on Friday. I’m thinking I want to swap to the Air, but I’m not sure if I will still keep any trade-in benefits if I attempt to exchange the phone in store.

Would I even be able to do that and still keep the promo bill credits? Or even so much as the trade-in value for my 15 Pro Max?
