After a solid week of reading up on this - I’m doing this.

My BMI 31 and at risk of esophageal cancer and being obese is a huge risk factor. Plus I don’t feel good. I feel blah.

Looking at weight loss research is depressing - until this crap you were not going to lose and maintain.
