Can someone take pity on me and explain how I change this bulb? I ordered a similar bulb but I can’t figure out how to get the bad bulb out of the housing. Or do I need to replace the whole fixture? https://imgur.com/a/0JZSyOO

A friend has an old school 5 digit black tag and is moving out of state. He is willing to part with the tag and we would pay any associated DMV fees. My wife contacted the DMV but was told tag transfers can only be done by immediate family members. According to this you can just go to the DMV with titles and plates to make the swap. I also imagine if there is a marketplace for buying/selling tags there needs to be a way to transfer them. I just don't want to have a wasted trip to the DMV if not possible. Thanks in advance!!

Mold in attic? In the process of buying a home the inspector noticed "possible microbiological growth" in the attic and recommended a mold inspection. He said he wasn't sure if it was mold or not, it readily wiped away. Anyone have any idea what it is? Should we get the mold inspection to be on the safe side? Thanks!!
