Hello,

Longtime lurker first time poster here. We are a family of four with two young kiddos moving into this home.

How would you redesign this house to improve the kitchen/living areas while keeping 4 bedrooms and having the space be more functional for our family?

I would love advice about the dining room, living room, and kitchen to see what could be done to improve the functionality of them including moving walls or other remodel ideas. Someone said to make the kitchen bigger and move the closet for the top right bedroom to the bottom and move the door to the hallway across from the other bedroom door.

Also, curious to hear what people’s thoughts are about having 3 bedrooms plus on

Sea level rising

Discussion

I'm rewatching One Piece and I know Vegapunk announced to the world that the sea level is rising, but the first time we heard mention of this was between Usopp and Franky's conversation about Water 7 and how the water level has been rising every year. He said there is an old town that existed several hundred years ago and that so much of Water 7 is underwater that it's called the floating city, that all the sidewalks became canals. His henchwoman mentions that the foundation of the island is sinking but I think that's just an erroneous explanation.

It's another example of continuity that I appreciate in Oda's writing. I wonder where else the sea level is mentioned.

I'm in solo private practice. I've been using Charm as my EMR for years after switching from Luminello in that whole debacle. It's fine but I still spend a ton of time doing admin work still: emails, messages, calls, new patient screening, sending out intake paperwork to patients, notes sometimes after hours, finishing up stuff that came up during the visit (sending referrals, touching base with collateral, prior auths, responding to pharmacies, etc). I had one good assistant before out of a few that I've tried so I'm tired of churning through more given the natural attrition rate of assistants.

I've been toying with the idea of switching EMRs and there are some that are incorporating AI mo

We (my wife and I) financed a new BMW X5 last month through BMW Financial Services. We haven't been able to log into the BMW financing website since we bought the car and thought it was just a delay in processing. However, we tried again today and it didn't work. We called them and they told us that the address was changed last week to another address to an apartment complex near the dealership we bought it from. They can't say where or who they received the change of address from. We called USPS and they said they do not have a change of address on file from us so it's coming from BMW.

We have since changed it back to our address but worried that this could happen in the future or someone

There are so many posts here about how the anime is better than the live action, I thought I'd make a post about the opposite.

I think that the Live Action improved on the anime in certain places, perhaps because of retconning for continuity sake but others because of better cinematic portrayal and storytelling. Some of these are hot takes. I'm curious to see what parts of the LA you think are better than the anime. Here are mine:

  1. Alvida as a ruthless pirate and the brutality of the high seas is presented right there in the first few minutes. Alvida kills someone brutally with her spiked club and Koby has to mop up the chunks of head and brain. Immediately, we are introduced to the high
