Has anyone managed to fix low B12 through diet alone?

Supplements seem to break me out badly, so I’m trying to avoid them. If you’ve successfully increased your B12 levels with food, what worked for you and how long did it take?

my b12 levels are now low.. they are borderline-low
its 194 its considered low i guess

I need honest outside opinions because I’m confused about a situation with a guy.

A while ago we went on one date, but later I told him I wasn’t looking for a relationship and we agreed to just stay friends. Since then we’ve been hanging out pretty often and became close. We joke a lot, have similar humour, go on random outings, drives, food places, outdoor activities etc. There’s also a lot of flirting between us and some physical closeness (hugging, hand holding, him being protective/helpful physically during activities, joking about kissing, calling me his wife as a joke, stuff like that).

The confusing part is that I genuinely enjoy spending time with him. I like the attention, the che

Went on a second date with a guy I was actually feeling pretty attracted to—good vibe, comfortable, even liked the physical closeness (holding hands, etc.).

But then we kissed… and it completely flipped everything for me. It was really sloppy, lots of saliva, and honestly it just felt off. I went from being into him to feeling genuinely disgusted right after.

Now I’m confused—how can attraction just disappear like that in one moment? Has this happened to anyone else?

There’s some mutual tension between me and a coworker (lots of eye contact, small touches, close proximity, etc.).

Today we were walking past each other and locked eyes. It felt intense, I got flustered, and when I broke eye contact I accidentally glanced at his crotch for a split second before walking past.

It wasn’t a stare, just a nervous reflex.

After that, I felt like he was looking at me more.

If you were the guy in this situation, how would you interpret that? Attraction? Awkwardness? Intentional? Weird? Or would you not even think about it?

Be honest 👀

I briefly dated a guy who was always going to leave due to travel. There are no clear plans for him to come back.

After he left, he texted: “I hope I see you soon.”

In situations like this, is that usually just a nice thing to say, or does it imply real intention? Also, does “I hope I see you” sound more definite than “I wish I could see you,” or am I overthinking it?

27F here. Lately I’ve been waking up with really puffy eyelids — both upper and lower — like when you cry all night and sleep. It’s been happening almost every morning, and it’s so annoying because I have to go to work looking like that.

My blood tests are fine, I eat well, and I’m not sick. The only thing is, I’ve been super stressed lately and my period has been coming a few days earlier than usual. Could stress or hormones cause this kind of puffiness?

If anyone has been through this or knows what helps, please tell me — I hate waking up like this.

Hey everyone,

I’m a 27F and I’ve always had a regular cycle — never missed or delayed, always on time. But since I moved to another country, my period’s been acting weird. It started coming earlier for a few months, then went back to normal, and now it’s happening again.

It comes about three or four days earlier now — my cycle used to be 28 to 29 days, but lately it’s been coming on the 25th or even the 24th.

Along with that, I’ve been waking up with puffy eyes — like my eyelids (upper and lower) are swollen, similar to how you look after crying at night. It’s so annoying because I have to go to work like this, and I just feel awful.

My blood test results are fine, I’m eating well, and I

So I liked this coworker for a while. I kept noticing subtle signs that maybe he liked me too—through body language mostly—but he never really did anything. He talked to me a couple of times, but nothing serious—just normal, casual conversations. Nothing more. And now I’m just tired of this back-and-forth weirdness. I want to stop thinking about him. I want to stop liking him.

He gives me eye contact all the time. I’ve caught him staring or looking at me when I’m not looking, and when I do catch him, he gets nervous or quickly looks away. So yeah, the signs were there, but nothing ever actually happened.

And honestly, now I really believe in that sentence: “If he wanted to, he would.” Be
