Is there much of a demand for Crashpads near MSP for Delta employees? Are any specific accommodations lacking here, like single rooms, shared rooms, etc? Would love to hear any input about the market here and what people look for.

I have a 5-bedroom house near a major hub that I’m trying to figure out the best way to utilize for flight crews, as it is legally zoned for this type of housing.
The house is a short walk from a rail station, and from there it’s only two stops/about 4 minutes to the airport. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, garage/off-street parking, giant park across the street, and a large amount of common space.
I’m looking for insight on what flight attendants actually want in a crashpad, what reasonable pricing looks like, and if this type of property would work or of it's too big.
- Private bedrooms or a shared bedroom with two beds?
- Is a close proximity to the airport

Looking at buying a 2026 premium model that is $4k below MSRP. It’d be close to $59k before tax/fees. Seems like a solid deal compared to the regular premium 350h models.
I have free EV charging at work for a 20 mile commute each way. So that will help save on gas. Charging at home will cost around $1.80 per charge.
Is this price too good to pass up? Anyone pros or cons from those who have this model?
I attended a Jazz Hampton event this evening, and he definitely solidified himself as my #1. I really hope everyone does their due diligence to learn more about the candidates, especially Jazz. For those of you who are well-versed with all four candidates, why do you think any of them, especially Frey or Fateh, would be a better option than Jazz?
Anyone know of any bars or restaurants open early for the game tmrw that will have breakfast or brunch?
I’ve only used the critter cannons (lvl 24) and they have been amazing for operations. It’s almost too easy now with one boat full following behind Bullit. My heavy choppa is lvl 23 but I haven’t been able to use it yet.
What other Protos are worth upgrading and using?
