I was diagnosed with Crohns / UC (still on the fence on that one) about three years ago and have been taking Asacol and Puri-nethol daily ever since, without any major issues during this time.
Now I've got finals coming up and all the stress from school has given rise to my first flare-up with stomach cramps and basically nothing but liquid coming out of me 4-5 times a day for the last two weeks or so. No blood or mucus, though.
Since it's Christmas and everyone is on holiday my doctor prescribed me a 4 week course of Prednisolone (30 mg tapering down to 0) over the phone but I'm not so excited about taking them considering all the bad things I've heard about the side effects, especially

So, as the title suggests, I'm looking for some sort of an online store that's similar to Rei with their massive stock of different products.
I'm living in Scandinavia and all I can come up with are some massively overpriced stores in Norway and Sweden, for example a tent for $199 on Rei is about $350-400 over here. Figured I'd use the european union to my advantage, but my google-fu is weak on this one...
Finally realized one of my childhood dreams and started freediving a couple of weeks ago, in Thailand!
Did my Level 1 and Level 2 SSI at Blue Immersion, Koh Tao, and had a blast the entire time.
I do feel like I've found a passion in life and I therefore want to go even further and I believe there are better places than Koh Tao to really take this to the next level... Question is where?
I just really want to learn from and practice with some really knowledgeable and talented freedivers. Do you guys have any reccommendations where to go go?

Basically, his new coach in his new gym has told him that he NEEDS this to get in better shape. Absolutely NO protein shakes, NO creatine, no Omega-3 - those are just "harmful" and "a waste of money"...
