This happened about 3 years ago, but I still think about it more than I probably should.

I need some commiseration around the first 48 hours after the first shot. I am exhausted, I have horrible diarrhea and horrible nausea. Does this go away? Should I be expecting this after every shot? I keep thinking to myself the reason why people lose weight on this is because they're nauseous and have diarrhea all the time.

I want this to be worth it and if this is just 2 days out of each week then okay I can deal with it. But if this is always, I don't think this is sustainable at all. I know everybody is different. I'm just curious about other people's experiences.

Anyone have any advice on how to get rid of these sharp dandelion look alikes? They grow so damn fast and are so hard to pull once they thicken up. I'm not sure which herbicide to get.
