I had some time this morning so I did some testing and filled out the wiki page for Narin's abilities here:
https://wiki.warframe.com/w/Narin/Abilities

There are not many huge findings or unknowns. The biggest feature that took some testing is that her (4) Nurinarim defense strips 5% (scaling with strength) per Cold Status effect. So you need 200% strength to full strip standard enemies with max Cold status. Status capped enemies would need 500% strength.

In general, Range and Strength are most important with a need for a little duration as well. She is energy hungry so energy economy is critical.

My Ability Scaling spreadsheet has

Warframe is a big game with 65 unique warframe (soon to be 66). Understanding how the abilities scale with stats is critical to buildcrafting. So not finding a good resource anywhere I made my own:

This link will take you to a templated version where you can click Use Template and make a copy of your own to edit. Would love for it to work without this step, but it's just a limitation of Google Sheets.

Even if you don't use the calculating version, every tab has every important number of

I've tried with it. Some of the best Hunter buildcrafters I know have tried with it. This rework stinks.

On kill effects are usually awful and this is no exception. On kill effects are one of the biggest issues with Hunter and they took one of the coolest exotics and added this issue to it.

With the recent influx of new players I thought it might be good to cover one of the most prominent starter options, Excalibur. To that end I have made two videos:

* A guide to Excalibur's abilities

* https://youtu.be/x\_wQp\_TLQPE?is=KibhdLYSFcf\_bqQZ

* A guide to some builds for Excalibur including 5 builds that talk through modding Excalibur, Exalted Blade and changes to make with Excalibur Umbra.

* https://youtu.be/Xn\_nzadGnw0?is=gukb7\_lnFIU7uyyI

Videos have many timestamps so you can hop around. Also all backing information is linked in the descriptions. Trying to be as convenient as possible.

Beyond that I have a spreadsheet I've been s

It's been quite a year since Bungie unveiled armor stats 3.0 in previews, released them working completely differently, and then patched them 3 different times. Presumably this is the last time armor stats will

From yesterday's dev article we have the following:

Ability Stats

Reduced maximum passive ability cooldown bonus granted by ability stats by ~20%.

Reduced maximum active ability cooldown bonus granted by ability stats from 190% to 125%.

Regarding this change to ability stats, we feel Destiny combat has leaned slightly too far in favor of using abilities to resolve encounters, and we’d like to shift it further in favor of using weapons. This reduction in ability uptime is paired with a general increase to Primary and Special weapon damage that we detailed in last week’s article about wea
