the watch is in good used condition for its age with some light scratches and normal signs of wear. it powers on and works, but please note the battery maximum capacity is 71%. this model is limited to watchos 10 and cannot be updated to newer watchos versions.

I searched for a bit and didn't find a proper solution so I wanted to share for the next person searching. The Tuo button only exposes battery level and "Identify" as device options, so I learned you have to use states for the actual button presses.
I got my Tuo Smart button and all 3 functions working with the following Automation. It waits for any button press then decides what to do, so no issue doing two single presses in a row.
