I thought the best way to prevent an RLOD while on the latest firmware is to leave it plugged in when not in use? I've left my XR battery plugged in for several months and today I noticed that it had an RLOD. Is there something that I'm missing? I thought it would be rebalancing to prevent this from happening? I guess I'mm be sending it in to get repaired.

Has anyone had this happen to me before? With no recent changes to the home config, all my lutron Caseta, hue, and vocolinc, and ecobee (no bridge) accessories have stopped working. All my non certified home bridge accessories (Roomba, dummy switches, etc.) continue to work. I've already attempted to reboot everything but this hasn't helped.

I can go into individual apps to control accessories but it's a pain because all the automations are in HomeKit. The only official HomeKit accessory that stayed working are eufy security cameras.

I have a home vpn server set up on my orbi and it is quite slow, I would be lucky if it gets 15mbps down. My home internet is AT&T gigabit (consistently tests in the 800-1000 mbps range) and I am connecting via my cell phone (Verizon UWB, usually tests between 500 - 2000 mbps). I suspect this is because the encryption on the vpn is maxing out the processor in the orbi. Does anyone know how I can check if this is the case and if others have had faster vpn speeds? The Orbi model is an RBR50.

Has anyone else run into this issue? My homepod minis all work fine in their own, but when I ask it to airplay to Sonos the next Siri requests will fail. It requires either a router or HomePod restart to fix. Is this a Sonos issue, a router issue, or a HomePod issue?
