I played without issues for ~30 hours on 4K on my 2080 RTX 10875H Intel laptop. Then, out of nowhere, the game starts lagging and performance drops to a potato PC level..
What I noticed happened: Nvidia driver had an update to this month's version, the update initially started during gameplay, but failed because the GPU was in use. I closed the game, updated the driver, and restarted, and now I have 3fps.
I tried the solution from this post https://www.reddit.com/r/oblivion/comments/1k65byi/how_to_improve_performance_oblivion_remastered/, but now the resolution looks like it's on 3
