Title says it all really. Ordered the birth certificate from GRO/HSE and the wedding and death certificates from BDM Victoria (Australia), put them into the envelope along with the application. 10 months later I'm in a back and forth with the processing officer who is insisting they are photocopies, even though I sent them the order receipts from certificates.ie and bdm.vic.gov.au.

I'm not sure what to do now. I don't want to order another set as they'll be exactly the same.

Trying to get the controllers for my son's Meta Quest 2 repaired. I would have thought there would be a whole cottage industry for this given how often they fail but the only place I can find is GC Repairs up in QLD.

The Meta site seems seriously broken (spins indefinitely when adding items or buttons totally missing) but new controllers seem to be $140 each or something? A bit rich for a set that cost $400 new.

Help appreciated.

The operator also had trouble "putting it in the right queue" which I suspect is because it had already been printed.

I did request a refund which w
