I am currently 6 months in my role in FS team and i am in literal hell right now . The manager and seniors are all snobs who belittle us new hires , like every single day from the day we joined we get belittled for the smallest things . There is utmost lack of transparency and withholding information from the team and it results in us getting a bad impression .There is zero recognition no matter how hard we slog . I mean we do need to take the flak for improvement and that is reasonable but managers and seniors talking to us in a constant condescending tone sends me off.

Is it possible to switch to another team being a new hire and what is the process like?

I am a new hire , been only 3 months since i joined . My peers are already getting spot awards and applause awards . How does this work? I am feeling so demotivated right now.

I have been jealous for quite some time now but i hate the feeling of being jealous of someone . It just weighs my heart down .
