Anyone have any access to older seasons? As far as I know they aren’t available anywhere.

The irony is very funny to me. The story of it all was very frustrating, though.

I decided to try out therapy for the first time to deal with some issues. I found someone whose bio listed them as a specialist with a lot of things that represented me (one of them being specializing with men) who was available for online therapy. I went to the first few sessions with the problems I wanted to address and my thoughts on the root cause.

He said the first three sessions would be to assess and create a plan. The next three sessions would be to used to discuss tools and make plans. After that, we would reassess if we wanted to continue therapy.

My bride to be got herself a special perfume and proposed getting me a special cologne for the day. This turned into getting each other gifts on the day of the wedding. I’m not complaining because she’s put a lot of thought and effort into my gift, but because she also got herself a perfume, I’m left having to come up with something. I’ll likely do something more personal than a reddit post can figure out, but I’d love to hear any thoughts or opinions. We’re talking in the $50-$100 range, but that’s obviously flexible.

I can’t get a job anywhere else. My masters was in computational chemistry. At this point, my comp chem isn’t applicable and no one is hiring at my level (I was a Senior Research Associate and could now fill a Scientist roll).

I was the only person at the company doing any lab work in DMPK, Toxicology, and Bioanalytics. It seems that nobody will hire me now that I didn’t specialize.

I’m starting to look outside my field and I still don’t know where to go.

We are getting married in July and I have been tasked with figuring out the “extra” alcohol.

Our situation is a roughly 100 person wedding at a vineyard that is providing beer and wine. The problem is, they clearly cheaped out on the beer and will have unlimited Bud light and Dos Equis. We and our guests like beer enough that we want to provide better options. When we asked about other options, they basically said either $1000 surcharge to provide nicer beers (which aren’t that nice and definitely aren’t worth $1000), or we can provide our own and they will serve them.

The wine is their own and also unlimited so we’re good there.

I recall back when the Bitcoin craze began, people were buying it up like crazy. I knew a guy who knew a guy who said he was maxing out credit cards to buy as much bitcoin as he could. Since then (roughly 2015) the price of Bitcoin reached a maximum at about 200x the initial investment. And back then, it was trading for pennies, so presumably people were buying tens of thousands of bitcoin at a time.

How come there isn’t an entirely new class of 30 year old millionaires? Is Bitcoin not easily cashed out on? Did that many people sell before it reached its potential? Or am I just ignorant and there is in-fact a new socioeconomic class?

I’m an organic chemist who has always been interested in food chemistry. Probably not enough to switch fields, but enough that I want to learn more. Are there any food chemists on here with specific resources: books, journals, etc. they’d like to share? I’d love to know what the standard textbook is for the field.

I got a moving violation and paid it. I need to do online traffic school and now I can’t find the ticket anywhere and I need it to register for traffic school. I tried looking it up through the normal channels but it seems that since I’ve paid the fine, it’s no longer considered an open case.

All of the websites are useless and there’s a bunch of weird scam sites out there too.

Where do I go to find my citation number and my traffic school due date.
