Bro, they just put Toss in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for several months and they think we can just revert to where we were?

We were playing at 100 times gravity, APM in triple figures, splitting armies like once foretold, desperately batting down 300 CCs, endless Zerg swarms, bottomless banks, in every corner of the map.

They have no idea what they have done, things won't be the same.

Solid buff, very good.

Now that Terran is stronger let's talk about repealing some of that power creep that took place over the years?

Bringing back siege tech research would be a good start. How about all those building time reductions? Tech labs come online 10 seconds faster now, not to mention the bunker.

Stim research was quickened by the guts of a minute to support an underpowered Terran, I guess that's no longer required?

Liberator Siege mode tech wasn't even considered because the race was so poorly but now that they're so strong, I guess that would be on the table?

That 2 base timing does seem to come very quickly now. All locked and loaded.

Powerful Terran, I'm glad we finally

Proposal

We all know the core issue with the colossus feeling weak, is that one damn marauder it get's hyper fixated on and presumably duels until the heat death of the universe.

A single marauder and medivac effectively neutralises the DPS of a tier 3 unit, if the unit happens to draw the scorn of a colossus.

Supposedly, and I'm just repeating what I was told, it takes 28 shots for a collosus to kill a single marauder being healed by a medivac.....

Last night Blizzard decided to buff the colossus but still it feels weak but specifically in this scenario, we are yet to see what this properly means for PvZ and PvP.

Cast your minds back and recall OG SC2 PvP was colossus wars, and

Skull: Pink Death

AI rapidly fires needler

Detail:

Ever since H2 the AI very tentatively fires their needlers, perhaps as few as 2 RPS.

This became a mainstay after Bungie received criticism about the Needler, presumably by Elite game journalists who objected to strafing.

Elites with needlers were no joke in CE and it's a real shame that CEvolved seems to lean very close to Reach AI, that were especially "safe" with their needler faucet.

Introducing a Skull that reactivated the pink death like OG, would be amazing!

Thanks for reading.

In terms of the Ghost I think we finally have the opportunity to bring the "Snipe" experiment to a close.

The ghost does so much base damage in PTR with additional range, it's going to be hard to justify them having a *Do more damage* ability when they are already by default doing far *more damage*

Maybe it's time to bring back Lockdown, which is effectively the Raven's 'interference matrix'

So that asks for an ability trade.

But what is the equivalent of Snipe for Ravens?

Hunter Seeker Missile.

This ability with a little adjustments can fullfill the role of snipe.

The issue with old hunter seeker is that it just created this lame run away mechanic, where the Missile was

Unsure if this was intentional but I think Blizz is really on to something.

PvP is really fun.

We're both broke trying to pressure, slowly adding expensive warpgates to the queue, finally powering up fully once all the gates are converted to warpgates.

It actually feels really apm intensive, not something I expect from Toss.

If the goal is to ease the pace of the game we have one matchup that actually seems to work.

Moving warp gate research to the gateway also seems to play a big part in curbing PvP greed, because you probably NEED the gates for production in the early game, warp gate tieing up a gateway likely isnt viable, effectively moving it to mid game tech out of necessity.

PvP has always been insufferable, but these days it truely takes the cake, with batteries deciding waay too much, dragging games out 30-40 minutes.

At least in the 4 gate days you could get it over with, quickly.

SUGGESTION FOR A PvP SPECIFIC FIX:

Battery requires a moment to spin up, to start healing.

Let's say 0.4 seconds.

This allows a group of stalkers through "spike damage" to pick a unit without batteries having the time to intervene.

Broodwar made batteries manual cast, however SC2 is much too fast paced for that.

Delaying battery activity maybe enough. Part of why they are hated is how they throw off the exact unit maths to "pick", making skirmishes feel unintuitive

I've been considering the addition of a "Burning" and "Acid/Corrosion" status effect to help solidify the role of certain units into the game.

BURNING

Burning status effect would only effect biological units and biological buildings, it lasts 2 seconds per infliction.

Units would not take additional damage while burning but cannot be healed while the status effect persists.

Units that may benefit: Hellion Hellbat Siege Tanks Colossus

This effectively gives these units a healing debuff, the colossus especially could gain a new role in this regard.

ACID/Corrosion

This status effect strips armour from mechanical units and mechanical buildings.

Each attack strips 1 armour until

Hi just wanted to jump in as a 10 year western animation industry person.

Every distributor (netflix, disney, prime etc) will provide "notes" for any show that wishes to be on the service. This is very common, your supervisor, director will request revisions on your work but also clients and distributors and these notes must be addressed.

I'm rewatching Season 2 on netflix now and this thing has been noted to hell and back. J.C.Staff has been VERY busy revising alot of this season.

I fully expect whoever heads (insert western streaming service) animation department took a keen interest in one punch man season 2 and requested ALOT of timing, drawing, pacing changes beyond even what is in t

Hallucination Suggestion

(To be tagged...)

Given the ease of Hullucination Scouting in the current game I'd like to suggestion a small tweak.

Protoss players can only hullucinate a unit they already have. Meaning you can only hallucinate a Pheonix to scout if you already have a Pheonix in your army.

In this way your opponent can gleam some information as well. "Oh a pheonix hullucination, so my opponent has a stargate and has made at least one Pheonix.

Given that this is a straight nerf, a little trade off would likely be appreciated:

Revealed (scanned, detected) hallucinations do not have lower priority than regular real units, the opponent should optimise their attacks, not have it done automatically.

Thanks for reading.
