Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a really frustrating situation with a Gofo delivery and wanted to check if others have experienced something similar.

The delivery driver has marked me as “not home” three times, while I was definitely at home every single time. My doorbell is working perfectly fine, so that’s not the issue.

I’ve been calling customer service twice a day trying to resolve this, but so far I’m not getting any real answers. At this point, I’m honestly starting to worry that my package might be lost — or even stolen by the driver.

I also contacted AnyThor, but they just sent me a message saying I wasn’t home and that I need to contact Gofo instead, which just sends me in circle
