I'm OW certified, working toward my AOW, with about 15–20 dives logged so far.

I keep seeing Smaco and similar mini scuba tanks online, and almost every comment about them is brutally negative. I'm trying to understand the actual reason. Are these things genuinely dangerous, or is some of the hate just gatekeeping to push people toward "real" dives and gear?

Looking for honest experiences - not just "don't, you'll die."

Looking for a men's hairstylist that can help me assess my hair type, face and recommend specific haircuts that would suit me best, and also each me how to style it and maintain myself before the next visit.

I already have a regular barber I visit, but he's more of common barbershop that does fades, without any styling analysis or recommendations.

Any recommendations? Leaning towards high-end options, ideally closer to Burnaby area, without needing to drive to downtown (where most of these options are).

Do you have to log each activity, such as walking, going to the gym etc? Is the daily strain going to be as accurate if you were to not log any activities, and just worn the device during activities for tracking?

Second question is onto saunas. I shouldn't wear based on instructions. With it being taken off, should I add it as activity later? I don't see a point since it wouldn't add strain that way anyways, perhaps only useful as a journaling activity?ff

I've got a few quote locally already: Viva Orthodontics - $7800, ClearView - $6000 for braces. Thinking of doing them in Philippines for $1200, as part of upcoming trip.

Is it a viable option and could I find orthodontist here who'd be willing to adjust them for me and do after-care along with removal etc? I don't have a very bad case, and it's my second time doing braces.

Bought a SIM restricted IPhone from FB marketplace

Bought an iPhone on Facebook Marketplace, turned out to be AT&T locked with active installment plan - seller won’t cooperate.

BC, Canada.

So back in October 2025 I bought an iPhone 15 Pro 256GB from a guy on Facebook Marketplace for $850 CAD cash. He told me it was unlocked, even tested a SIM card in front of me before I paid.

Fast forward to last week - I updated to iOS 26.4 and my cellular completely stopped working. Tried everything: reset network settings, reseated the SIM, contacted my carrier. Nothing worked.

Eventually I checked with AT&T using the IMEI and it straight up said there’s an active installment plan on the device, which is why it can’t be unlocked. An IMEI check conf
