I've been running ads for two weeks now, mostly broad US campaigns, CBO, advantage+ all that. No targeting. Spent 1k. 1 Sale. About 3-4 onboarding starts. Some encountered a bug. But I was spending between 50-100 a day and seeing shitty results.

Last night, I launched a low budget 29.00 per ad set campagn, with interest targeting + location targeting & I've already gotten multiple people nearly checking out getting much further along the funnel.

I also changed the messaging so that could be it too. I'm concurrently trying broad location (US) + interest alongside this with the same ads so we'll see. Seems to have brought some qualified leads / onboarding registrations.

I've been reading Google reviews of gyms lately and I keep noticing that a lot of the one star reviews are about small fixable things like cold showers, a machine that's been down for weeks, locker room stuff. Which made me wonder, did the owner know?

Do members actually bring this stuff to you, or does it mostly reach you late (or never)? Is a suggestion box a real thing anymore or does nobody use it?
