Im facing two problems with the watch

1. whenever its not connected to the phone it loses battery VERY FAST like if its at 100 in the morning and disconnected it dies at like 4 pm

but when connected it gives me 2days on 100%

2. it randomly dies like its at 90% one moment and the next 5mins its dead 0% this happend multiple times

someone help🙏🏼

Frequent switching of the 5x and 3x lens occurs even without changing the zoom..

any thoughts??
