i hate being the "LLL fell off" person, i really do. i honestly don't see a difference between ABC pants from before and now. the Fast and Free shirts from 3-4 years ago and now are like night and day. i have the white/silver Fast and Free from 3-4 years ago that was damn near dry after a half marathon. picked up a new one last month and it was so soaked after a 3 mile run in 55 degree weather that i could literally wring sweat out of it.

anyone have anything they've found that comes close? it was the PERFECT shirt for hot weather runs. thin, airy, breezy, legitimately sweat wicking, i'm in mourning!

hey r/AskChicago! we're a couple in our 30s from the Chicago area that happen to be visiting this weekend, and my wife is a life-long and long suffering diehard Bears fan. obviously every bar will have the game on, but we'd love a sports bar that will have a big TV/projector, the sound on, and a fun atmosphere with other fans -- ideally one where the average age isn't approaching 22. we're staying near River North/Mag Mile, but open to traveling! thank you!

Just got off VV cruise #11 and I can't be the only one who noticed, right? It's not family friendly, but we've come a long way since NSA in 2021. Obviously NSA has been gone a while, but I've noticed changes in the last six months to a year. Around the World with the Diva is definitely PG-13 at the most risque, the clever "a boat full of sea men" jokes are still around, but the PowerPoint demonstrating tucking, the picking a guest out of the crowd to claim that they had a sexual encounter in a restaurant restroom, all the raunchy stuff is gone. one of the other Happenings Cast mentioned that his shows were supposed to be PG-rated. i get it, and it doesn't affect my loyalty, but it's real

just got my sactional with three regular seats and a recliner seat. standard fill on both. the difference in firmness between these feels like the difference between standard fill and lovesoft from the showroom. i'd never believe these were the same product if i didn't unbox them myself. anyone else?

i'm relatively new to vinyl, but have been a DT fan since i first heard Metropolis pt. 2 in high school after downloading it from IRC. i saw a copy of Metropolis pt. 2 in a used record store for $200, decided to poke around discogs, and imagine my surprise when my favorite DT albums of all time were just reissued in a box set that has already sold out.

if you owned no DT vinyl, you wanted to own your favorite DT albums, and your favorite DT albums are, well, those in Volume 1 (+ACoS, 8VM), what would you do? i assume no way does a limited box set make it to the tour as merch.

hiiiiii! i played a lot in the early 2010s and somehow thought of the game again. way back when, i had 24 HC ascensions, with 5 days being my fastest. i had a spreadsheet that i have lost that is assuredly obsolete, but it started with summoning sugar sheets and yellow raying something with my boulder and then doing hipster fights. all of my familiars other than my slimeling are greyed out. i don't even remember how to find booze or food in early HC.

all that being said...what are the new IotMs i've missed that i need to pick up? is there something similar to my old trusty spreadsheet? i've gotten TourGuide which is super helpful, i more mean optimal orders or things to do (like the
