Home Coffee Equipment Supply?

Looking For: Services & Shops 🛒💻

I'm looking for Canadian online stores that carry stuff for Fussy Coffee People.

Stuff like pourovers, gooseneck kettles, burr grinders, vacpots, aeropresses, cleaning supplies, etc.

Previously I've ordered from [Cafune](https://cafune.ca/) and been happy, but it seems like their selection has narrowed a bit since last I checked. I also found [ECS Coffee](https://ecscoffee.com/) while searching this sub, but their selection on some things I'm looking for are similarly thin.

What Canadian coffee equipment supplier do you like?

Note: I am specifically not asking about coffee itself as other threads already cover that, but if your local/preferred roastery also happens to sell equipment

Sale/Gift Season is upon us again and I'm wondering what's a good choice for a kettle these days.

I know I'd like to refer to our local saint, James Hoffmann, but his most recent kettle video is now 4+ years old and brand quality can fluctuate wildly over that time period.

At this point I just want gooseneck, temperature control, temperature hold, and something that either lasts longer than 5 years [ideally forever] or is at least priced accordingly.

I live in a condo on the 3rd/top floor which has a patio, and I need to pressure wash the accumulated gunk off of it. The trouble is that the only hose bib on the entire building is on the ground floor, but thankfully more or less right below the patio.

Aside from concerns about securing the hose so that it doesn't just get dragged over the edge I'm wondering if the pressure coming out of a run-of-the-mill garden hose bib is enough to get up ~2.5 stories/25 feet?

My knee-jerk reaction is "well water comes out of the tap on the 3rd floor yadda yadda hydraulics" but it's also not like I can arc the garden hose over the building from the ground floor either.

Will this work, or do I need to

Please make the parts of the headset that touch skin either removable/washable, or non-porous/non-absorbant.

Even though the goggle bit is removable I could never get it properly clean. I've replaced it with a 3rd-party Lime goggle, and I think that having the cushion attached by velco is a good idea. Easier to clean, and simpler to replace and/or have 3rd party replacements.

The rear head pad and the velcro strap, on the other hand, are just getting progressively more gross.

Being able to clean around the lenses without disassembling the headset would be nice as well. There always seems to be some kind of gunk exuding from beneath the rubber gasket, and I wish I could get in there and ad
