Anyone have a link for the rtu contactors clicking like crazy? The one where it's clicking rhythmically?

Are credentials from nccer actually worthwhile or are they not industry acknowledged

Method I was given is converting to square feet of filter and multiplying by 300 for a rough estimate of cfm capability without taking into account merv rating.
