I really want to learn how to stop taking things so personally, because I can see how much it affects me and I don’t want to keep reacting this way. Even when I know something has nothing to do with me, like someone being stressed, having a bad day, or just speaking in a certain tone, I still internalize it and it impacts my mood a lot more than it should.

I also really want to get better at accepting constructive criticism. I’ve noticed that my initial reaction is to become defensive, even when the feedback is minor or meant to help me. When I was working at Lululemon as a seasonal employee back in november, there were a few moments where a manager would point something out, and I would fe

Anyone here from NJMS? I thought it was really cool to hear NJMS mentioned by Dr. Mohan. During the scene with Dr. Mel, they were discussing the patient’s gait, and how Dr Mohan learned the trick to take off the shoes, that’s when Dr Mohan mentioned she learned it at NJMS senior care (we also all know that she is originally from NJ in the show and was initially considering moving back because of her mom).

Posting to ask for advice on what to do. How long a day should I study? I currently don’t work or have anything else to do besides the gym.

I have Uglobe.

Should I redo content review ? or start anki consistently?

any advice is appreciated. 🙏

I haven’t used any of the AAMC material yet.

Applying only to DO schools this cycle. 3.6 science GPA. Good letters and extracurricular, but need to get passed this mcat. I’m struggling :(

Curious on your thoughts!

Tell me what school you would pick and why!

Rowan $50k & rural area imo

Nova $70k & close to beach and Miami

Personally, I really want to move to FL and be in the warm weather! Although, NJ resident all my life, Rowan less than 2h away drive from my family. Want to hear what people have to say :)
