I am currently a member of the Athletic Co and go to the RPAC from time to time. I am not unhappy there and enjoy it, but I mostly work with kettlebells and am wondering if there is a gym in town with a complete kettlebell selection (maybe going up to 130-150 lbs). Might not, but figured id check here before giving up the search

It was me

Struggling

I (26M) started dating this amazing woman (26m) about 3 weeks ago. Had been seeing each other for about 3 months. Everything has been going well, there were some doubts from my side that led me trying to end it over new years because it seemed to me that she might not be as interested in me as I was in her, but she asked for a second chance and we started dating shortly after. Up until this weekend, there was no part of me that had any doubt about the eventual direction I wanted this to go in (future, marriage, kids). I understand its early, but its how I felt/feel.

Saturday, I made the choice to go out with a group of people including a woman who I had already turned down twice but had opted

Anyone know if the trail has been shoveled/plowed? Getting tired of running on the treadmill and could use some actual outside running. Theres other places but this is probably my favorite

Usually start from fifth and olentangy and go south into scioto. Curious if anyone has ran it since the storm

Interested in maybe donating plasma for a short period, from a month to maybe half a year, and was wondering if anyone has any recent experiences, knowledge or any thoughts worth sharing about the local donation centers.

How much can one expect to get in the first month or two (which from what ive seen all over the internet is usually when compensation is the highest) if you go the max twice a week.

Also,f if anyone has any referral codes that could benefit both of us then feel free to share

Recovery

Discussion

Had septoplasty with turbinate reduction yesterday, going on almost 24 hours since my surgery. Seems like bleeding has stopped, and I started doing nasal sprays since I cant do the nasal rinse/irrigation until I get my splints removed in my post op follow up in 6 days.

Did my best to clean the crusty blood with hot water and soap dipped Q tips, while being careful to not go past the edge of the nostrils. Have a humidifier as well and all seems to be going relatively well. Any other advice apart from what the post-op instructions say that anyone found helpful? Thanks!

PS. Anyone else struggle with the throat pain from the intubation?? By far the most painful part of recovery so far, wish t
