So I usually have a hard time with fallout games becuase i tunnel vision in the main quest and miss a vast majority of the game my first time through, but this is just ridiculous. I didnt meet a single companion, only leveled up to 16, litteraly didnt get power armour until the last mission, met like three factions and did like two side quests, by pure coincidence found tinpanny tower and ran its quest. But like seriously is that it?? I guess im gonna start over and try to find more side quests and stuff but like...jesus that was underwhelming as all fuck..

Im trying to install some cosmetic and audio mods to haloify my helldivers experience. I had the mod tool installed but whenever I tried to set the storage directory stuff up it gives me a red message saying I need to purge before changing the location. Purging does nothing to fix it. Im not very good at tech stuff so im probably just putting something in the wrong file. But if someone could hop in discord I could share my screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is 1000% me bitching, but when I drop into a mission and single handedly take out 3 of the 4 remaining objectives while collecting samples, and then die at the last objective. Help me get my samples back maybe??? Its the only reason im playing right now. I know the its an issue with my laptop, and not the game, but it gets so hot that I can't even keep my finger on it where the heat is gathered. It doesnt get this hot with other games. I already proped it up in front of an AC unit and noticed a pretty drastic performance increase. But still had some bad frames and it was still getting hot. So for someone more knowledgeable about PCs than me (that's not a high bar) is there any in game or software methods I should try to keep the heat down? Would dropping my graphics settings help? And if so, what settings should I lower?

So I was using Euclidean c finder on some legion dick heads, charged the shot up....but it never fired.
