I’m a teenage rider who struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, fear of how I’m perceived, autism, and ocd. I recently had a large confidence knock that has made me go from EV90/Novice to EV45/Intro. Lately Ive been having refusals every over fences ride due to my confidence knock. I’m competing in an intro event next weekend and don’t really want to go. I mean, what’s the point if I’m only doing 18”? Dropping from Novice to Intro is humiliating to me and I hate that I can’t ride well anymore. It’s made me lose my love of riding and every ride feels like a chore.

It’s absolutely nothing to do with my coach- they are amazing but I just can’t get out of my slump. Every fence 2’ or higher

I’ve been sized as a 32D by VS, which I know is incorrect. The band is WAY too big and I still have some gapping in the cups. Here are my sizes:

Loose under bust: 27
Snug under bust: 26.25
Tight under bust: 26
Standing bust: 32
Leaning bust: 35
Lying bust: 34

I was sized at a 28DDD. If it helps, all measurements are in inches and I’m from Canada. A measurement check would mean the world to me!

Hi! I’m a nonbinary lesbian (they/he) who’s currently in high school. At the start of each semester, I send a message out to all of my teachers telling them about these changes (they aren’t in the system) and my wishes for substitute teachers. However, I always feel horrible when I tell them this. What is it… embarrassment? Shame? Loathing? I don’t know. I just feel my heart beating a mile a minute and being upset that I have to do this in the first place. Cis kids don’t have to deal with this. On top of that, I dress somewhat feminine as my parents aren’t accepting, so I feel like a fraud when I have to break the news to my teachers. I’m lucky to be in a school board who respects student ge

They’ve been making weight comments and sexuality comments for the past few months, which has really hurt me. I have an eating disorder, and them calling me fat causes me to get worse. On the other hand, they frequently call me a gooner even though I’m hypersexual from SA when I was younger. I’ve told them that these comments hurt my feelings, but I don’t think they understand the gravity of the situation. How can I tell them that these comments aren’t okay?

So there’s this girl (17F) who I’ve (16NB) been friends with since the start of last school year. She’s genuinely one of my best friends and I care a lot about her. She is the only person who will hear me out and treat me with kindness and compassion when I vent. I have so much trust in her. However, the second she has to leave, my whole world feels like it’s falling apart. I’m kind of a mess without her and constantly have her on the brain, but things just feel… right around her. I’ve never felt like this for a friend before or even with my past girlfriends. It’s just really strong… is this love?
