Has anyone here experienced Postcoital dysphoria with their porn addiction? For those unaware, Postcoital dysphoria (PCD) is when you experience sadness, anxiety or anger after an orgasm. I have and didn't experience it until after my porn addiction started. While I'm still early in my journey of being porn free, I'm afraid of it not healing and wondered if anyone had any insight. Thank you.

My first post here but wanted to thank everyone for their transparency here. I hit 30 days of bring porn free today and I just wanted to remind anyone struggling that it IS possible. Yes, it might be rough but yes it is worth it.
