It's absolutely ridiculous at this point how frequently people abuse pause for the sole purpose of griefing, to the extent that if someone needs a pause for a legitimate reason, that's the exception not the rule.

Unless Valve decides they're actually going to start punishing people for griefing, I'd rather someone take the hit once in a great while and cost them the abandon rather than have to deal with this bullshit every. single. game.

I've come across a number of audio bootleg Norm sets, but never this one in particular. Does anyone know if there's a full (or even partial) recording out there of this night?

For some reason, this game runs like total shit on a brand new PC. Worse than it ever did on an ancient laptop, although I have the settings higher. It stutters VERY frequently during gameplay. Anyway, relevant specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
  • Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 AMD AM5 ATX Motherboard
  • ASRock AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Phantom
  • G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000

I've heard that this game might not play nice with DDR5 ram, so I tried lowering the timings to no avail. Is there any particular diagnosis software I could use while playing to give me a better idea of what is going on here? The system has played every single other game I've thrown at it flawlessly. Or is t

So I went with the Microcenter bundle, not knowing there were known issues. Build was working great yesterday, was having fun on Baldur's Gate 3, and afterwards I updated a bunch of things via Gigabyte Control Center and AMD's Radeon software and all was well. Then I installed a few things off ninite.com and rebooted...

And immediately something was very, very wrong. I assumed it was a software issue at first and dumped the update programs (very, very slowly. The BIOS says it's running at 4200 MHz but it feels like 4.2), but realized I probably unknowingly updated the BIOS.

I cannot stress enough how completely unusable I've rendered this machine.

I've flashed the F3 and the F4b versions

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

Getting ready for Starfield, and really interested in learning to use the UE5 engine. Please note that I'm a hobbyist in that regard with no actual idea what I'm doing, so I just want that to be usable.

Eventually I'd like to get a VR setup to play Alyx, so I'd want it to run that.

Shooting for 1440p and 144hz gaming.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

Really hoping to keep it under $2,000, but if there's a value sweet-spot above that I can scrape together a bit more.

**When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Not

Last time I tried playing it (years ago), it wouldn't connect to the server. Now their website is gone and I can't find much mention of it anywhere. Did Hasbro threaten legal action and banish the game out of existence or what?

I can't imagine a game like that could continue to thrive with zero online support, but it's by far the best iteration of online Risk I've seen to date, and it'd be a shame if it's no longer possible to play.

I never expected that I'd have a reason to write this, but our offense/ST yesterday leaves me no other choice. Our defense this year has been wildly inconsistent to say the least, but last night they played double-duty and tried their damnedest to carry our decimated offense to victory.

With the other units trying their hardest to piss the game down the toilet the moment Conklin went down, the defense held strong through the end. If not for that, the bulk of even die-hard fans would've stopped watching before halftime.

This is right about the time of year they needed to click, and did they ever. Unfortunately that was far overshadowed by the complete incompetence of the battered offense,

There used to be a rotate button in the photos app, but for the life of me I can't find it anymore. Please help.

That fight was a joke. I should be rooting for these "greater Cleveland area" dudes, but they're clearly a couple of posers who won't accept real fights, and even then only fixed ones.

I'm disgusted by the state of boxing right now as much as I want to see it recover. That was an embarrassment to both boxing and the city of Cleveland and everyone who paid for it should demand their money back.

My background check from Checkr flagged a single OVI from September 2018. Both Instacart and Checkr noted that I could appeal this using "the email below", and neither actually contained an address to contact. [email protected] is no longer in service, and neither is their 800 number. In-app support is also unavailable to me as I was denied consideration.

I'm out of work here, and any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
