I have a theory that Springfield is a town in the 51st state, which is also called Springfield.

My biggest piece of evidence is in season 5, episode 8. Bart and Milhouse sing a parody of New York, New York, entitled "Springfield, Springfield".

That explains why it doesn't match up to any real state. It's not. Springfield is its own state, which has a town named Springfield in it. Its governor is Mary Bailey, and the capital is Capital City.

I've been having a difficult time lately making friends and with loneliness. It just seems so much harder to make connections with people than it used to be.

I'm looking for friends, and more with the right person. I am in a committed relationship with my girlfriend but we are looking to be with someone together. I'm sure she would love to be friends with you as well if that's all you're looking for.

I like video games, primarily fortnite at the moment (zero build, haha). I enjoy cooking. Other than those two I'm really looking for new hobbies at the moment.
