My diagnosis was completed privately (covered by my work health insurance at the time), I don't have the means to pay for private titration out of pocket now. I'm about to start an incredibly demanding MRes in October, so getting titrated and functional isn't optional for me, it's going to make or break how I cope with the workload.

Where I am now:

• I live in Wales, with a private ADHD diagnosis.
• I took the diagnosis to my GP and asked to be started on titration. My GP referred me to a mental health centre, who put me on a waiting list.. 3 years.
• Because of that, I contacted my Senedd Member's office for help, they wrote to the health board on my behalf.

Hi 😊 im going to be meeting my partners grandparents for the first time, and they don’t speak any english, only flemish! i want to impress them and make an effort to talk to them, they are from Veurne, i have prepared a script of what to say to them, can any flemish speakers check it for me? and if you have any tips/advice i’d be most appreciated! i am currently in the process of learning dutch, i started 3 days ago and i only have 20 days left! here is the script:

Our flat on st marys street has received a notice from the council telling us that if we don't start putting our rubbish out in seagull sacks and our recycling out in blue and red sacks then they will fine us. i called the council to confirm this, and they confirmed that we must put our black bags in black seagull sacks and must put our recycling in red and green sacks WITH NO GREEN PLASTIC RECYCLING BAGS. so we started doing that, ONLY for one of the rubbish men to approach me outside my flat after we put them out saying that they DON'T TAKE THE SACKS and ONLY TAKE GREEN RECYCLE BAGS! this is just absolutely insane, they refused to take all of our rubbish, so now its just in a big long line
