Hey there Korea travel experts!

I'm in Seoul for a few more days and I'm very keen to try Korean BBQ - where you cook the meat at your table.

I eat red meat and am happy to eat both pork and beef... unfortunately my partner only eats chicken and sea food.

I'm finding it very difficult to find a restaurant that serves both red meat and chicken.

Is this not a thing? I'm staying in Myeong-dong but happy to travel.

Any recommendations for where to go, or what to ask for is highly appreciated!

Hi there PTs,

I've been suffering from a frozen shoulder for 2.5 years. Having tried many different exercises (which mostly just inflamed the shoulder more) as well as hydrodilatation (very successful but only lasts a few months) I decided to give shockwave a try going off a recommendation from another T1Diabtic over on the frozen shoulder subreddit.

I had 2 sessions with 1 physio, and in short... the experience was exceptionally painful. She would find the most painful "spots" and hammer them repeatedly until the pain dropped down a bit. Then move the wand and find other painful spots and repeat the process.

Hey folks,

Haven't seen this answered anywhere.

When you're outputting the 6k video from the mark 2 to an external recorder is it possible to record in prores 422 6k or can you only record in prores raw?

Hey Ausfinance gang,

Just wondering if anyone else has had a frustrating experiences with business banking at Bank Australia?

On the 3rd of Feb I went in to my local branch and submitted paperwork to have 1 of the partners in a 3 way business partnership removed. I had already contacted the bank about the issue so I knew exactly what paperwork was necessary. I submitted the paperwork in person at the Ballarat branch and they said they would start working on it.

A week later I contacted my ex business partner and they still had access so I followed up with a phone call where the person on the call said they couldn't do anything because the branch was dealing with it. Today I get a ca

Heya,

I do a lot more work in PremPro than I do in AE. One feature I really like in Premiere is the project lock file. If you keep project files in a cloud/shared folder, this lock file stops someone else from opening the project when you have it open.

AE doesn't seem to do this? So how do people working in remote teams make sure they aren't opening a project that someone else is already in?

Thanks!
