Riding my ebike with cadence sensor when going uphill seems only going 10 mph (it can go up to 20 mph on level ground). Then I tried my other ebike with torque sensor (different brand) on the same uphill road and it can go up to 15 mph. Anyone has similar experience? I was using similar gear ratio on both ebikes.

My local Audi dealer has two RS3 sitting at their lot for several weeks now, which never happened before (used to be - any new RS3 came in were already sold). Based on cars.com for new Audi, entire US has 347 RS3 while only has 166 S3... very interesting, economy must be really bad...

Wonder if they stop or discontinue this foldable Shapeshifter model. I got mine for $599 back in May. At that relatively low price point, it is pretty good foldable e-bike, light weight, tri-fold, the minimalist display is ok and assist level change is actually really clever. Torque sensor works better than the Urtopia Carbon Fold 1.

I have a Likebike Sunny, and wonder if I can just take the battery out for charging while leaving the bike in the car. Has anyone tried that? Got this bike for almost a year, works great except it is quite too heavy loading/unloading to my car trunk.

If this OnVue test makes you go nuts, here's what I found and the solution.

I got this error on my newer HP (Windows 11) while no error on a similar HP (older, Windows 10).

Apparently the newer version of OnVue software is looking for "USB Mass Storage Device" in your computer, and if it is found, OnVue test will fail.

Go to Device Manager, under Universal Serial Bus controllers, look for the "USB Mass Storage Device". You MUST uninstall it, not just Disable it (run the PowerShell command after disabled, Windows still returns the DeviceID of that device, hence disable won't work).

Leave all other USB settings alone (they are necessary for your typical USB devices, like keyboard,

Just get started fishing bridge pilings recently, and I found shorter and stiff rod is actually better for this kind of fishing since I can move and control the fish easily while avoiding hitting the pilings. Interesting enough, I had a 6 ft MF (medium-fast) rod and accidentally snapped its top off (about 1 ft) . Later I just put a new top guide on, and surprisingly the shorter 5 ft and now way more stiff (due to missing the softer top 1 ft) actually works out great in bridge piling fishing situation.

Google bard search (ChatGPT-equivalent) came back with 3 segments:

  • economy (Bolt, Leaf, Kona Electric, Niro EV...) $25-35k
  • mid-range (Tesla Model3, Mach-E, VW ID4...) $35-60k
  • luxury (who cares for Bolt owners...) $60k+

Now we can see why Ford can't sell Mach-E... while new Bolt is hard to find.
