It's frustrating when you want to find a friend to play with but dont want to be around anyone at the same time. Not trusting anyone on the internet doesn't help either.

What is water, sewer, ,electricity and garbage in the city? I'd be coming from a place i only pay garbage and electricity so I'm wondering what I'd be spending. Thanks
