One of my peeps had a knock on the head in a fight, this was untended for a little bit and they fell over while working. Now when they get put on a bed they just stand there with this pink sparkly effect but won't lie down. It's odd. Now they are starving to death. I have no idea why lol. Anyone else had this bug?

Update: So I killed that peep as it was causing me issues. xD

I love this game but often I find the AI is just stupid. I was mining a shaft beneath my base through a slime biome. There was a small pool of polluted water I wanted to get rid of so I made a diagonal right & down steps from the small pool that ended over a large pool. I made a 2x2 gap & the dupe decided to take the bottom right corner out last, while standing on it. Instead of jumping to the left & being safe, it just fell straight into the polluted water, then drowned. It's this kind of thing that just breaks the game for me. There was no need to fall when he could have just jumped to the left. It's so dumb!

Trumps run up to the elections & post election comments seems designed to undermine his own political standing. Whilst maintaining the pro-Trump party line he's also acting like a loose cannon & alienating himself from the more level headed allies. I wonder if he is playing a double bluff game now that he's had his first term as president & had the chance to change certain tax laws to make it easier (and less costly) for him to repatriate his overseas cash. I think it's possible that his apparent inability to deal with Covid (or even acknowledge it's danger properly), his outrageous tweets & general treatment of the press could be designed simply to make him undesirable to th

So assuming Covid an infect all alien races, I decided to rank my top 10 monsters of Doctor Who who have the best environmental protection:

  1. Judoon (with helmets on) - although they do take them off a lot for no reason, even in the middle of missions.

  2. Sontarans (with helmets on) - minimal exposure (just the little hole at the back) but like the Judoon they do seem to not get what the helmet is actually for most of the time.

  3. Daleks - they've got shields and mostly covered but they have vents/grills around the eye-stalk.

  4. Cybermen - chest respirators (could potentially filter air? Useless against gold based covid obviously.)

  5. Ice Warriors - almost full EV suits but the mouth

I recently re-watched as much as is available of classic & all the new DW episodes. It wasn't the first time I've done this but when I got to the end of classic & then end of new DW it occurred to me that Chibnall's era has much in common with JNT's last 4 seasons. It's cliched ridden pantomime that's frequently confusing & seems to break canon or at least bend it vastly. Ironically a young Chibnall in the audience once watched the interviewer accuse JNT of DW being a cliched kids pantomime. It appears Chibnall has gone full circle & become the thing he used to hate.

Okay it was nice that Neelix found a home for himself & someone to love with a family at the end of his characters story in Voyager.... but... like... did anyone else feel like it was a little apartheid morally speaking of the writers to go "and Neelix found some of his own people to stay with so he didn't have to go to the Federation & be the only Talaxian"? I'm not saying that was their intention with the story but it did seem to come off a little "folks should stay with their own" which is kind of racist.
