I just received an email notification from Canada post that the ministry of justice Quebec sent me certified mail. It will not arrive for a few days but I am stressed, and want to know what it is. The reference number starts with CO- then has 16 digits starting with 0s. Does anyone know what this would be? Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, I have been using edibles at extremely high doses daily for about 7 years (morning, afternoon and night). I decided to quit 2 weeks ago. I have previously only stopped using edibles on trips outside the country a few times over the year, for maximum like 10 days (once). I knew what to expect in terms of physical withdrawals - they are so tough but now they are mostly gone, thankfully. Now I’m just feeling the mental symptoms so hard. I am feeling extreme depression and anxiety. Hoping for any advice from anyone who has gone through the similar. Will I start feeling better soon? The background on this is I dated a guy for about a year. I ended it because I basically didn’t trust him. Thought he was probably cheating (always keeping his phone upside down etc.) tried to address those things with him to no success.

The further background is that when we first started “seeing” each other a year and a half ago, he was in a long distance relationship but was unhappy (apparently she was difficult) but he apparently had too much anxiety to end it. I was super hurt by this situation and I eventually told him to leave me alone. Two months later he contacts me single. So I agreed to a relationship despite all that (idiot).
