I make a marketing group for NPS users it’s the only filter for the NPS users in smileback. Let’s say I have a current NPS campaign and add more users. Are they automatically added to the campaign or I do have to edit and reimport the users?

I've got a bunch (700) or so time sheets for ex-employees that never got submitted. We've been really lazy about that and wanting to get better about closing out timesheets. What's the easiest way to close out those time sheets when the employee doesn't exist anymore. From approvals you can only send email reminders. I can click into the time sheet and submit but I'd sure hate to do that 700 times.

Seems to a bit of a pain point for us when we have parts on a ticket and it stays open for a bit too long. We have brightgage and psa. Just curious if anyone has made something to alert a manager if that happens.

New to Meshtastic. Just curious to see if anyone has made anything to mount on a Subaru rack?

When a client updates a ticket, like they reply to the closed loop email, is there a way to clear the client has updated for mobile users? A lot of time that seems to be an issue we are having, especially when the techs onsite and has updated the closed loop and a client responds. We have notification workflows that let us know when a client has updated and those will keep triggering until the flag has been unchecked. It seems like the only way we have found to clear the checkbox is in a full browser.

Has anyone set up any workflows or automation to remind a ticket contact to fill out a survey? I was thinking that would be a workflow option but didn't see a way to set it up.

We’re in a rural area and deal with a fair number of internet outages. Instead of copying and pasting updates across multiple tickets, it would be great to either:

• Have a single ticket tied to multiple contacts from different clients, or
• Be able to apply the same time entry or update across several tickets at once.

Has anyone found a good way to manage this efficiently?
